Window Process & Installation
We believe strongly in letting our customers decide for themselves what they need and to do this we provide complete transparency in price. Here’s how the process works:
- 1. Customer decides they need new windows and takes initial measurements (Video link – how to measure your windows)
- 2. Customer gets in touch with DGOTW either by phone 0800 783 9176 / online / or in showroom. Approximate price is agreed in principle, according to customers guide measurements and specifications *
- 3. DGOTW arrange for a technical surveyor to visit the property with 48hours
- 4. Project is priced accurately and contract agreed **
- 5. Installation takes place usually within 7-10 days. Customer provided with Energy Performance Certificate on receipt of cleared funds
- 6. FENSA Registration Certificate received by the customer direct up to 2 weeks post installation (Video link – learn about FENSA registration)
