Dealership Charter
The Local Safechoice Dealer agrees to conform to the standards and requirements of the Safechoice Dealership Charter which are set out below.
Responsibilities of the Safechoice Dealer:
- The local Safechoice Dealer shall represent the products and services of Safechoice in good faith and in a professional manner
- The Local Safechoice Dealer shall at no time misrepresent Safechoice products and services to any third party
- The local Safechoice Dealer shall engage in selling practices that are honest and ethical
- The local Safechoice Dealer shall implement good customer service
- The local Safechoice Dealer must provide each of the following within a reasonable time period: Initial contact with customer, Customer appointment, Technical Survey, Installation & Service call requests
- The Local Safechoice Dealer will take responsibility for all building regulations and planning permissions that may be required
- The Local Safechoice Dealer will take responsibility to register all installations where required with your local authority
- The Local Safechoice Dealer will issue your warranty upon completion of your installation
- The Local Safechoice Dealer will provide you with your Window Energy Rating Certificate upon completion of your installation
If any complaint is not remedied by the Local Safechoice Dealer to the customer’s reasonable satisfaction, then we ask that the dispute is referred to the Masco UK Window Group’s head office in order to resolve such disputes. Should the issue not be resolved to the customer’s reasonable satisfaction, the matter will be referred to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
