How long does it all take??

We are committed to providing a rapid and efficient fitting service. This means you benefit from your doubleglazing sooner. All the times are booked only if they are convenient for you the customer.

Standard, Tilt 'n' Turn & Bay Windows

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your windows installed within 10-14 days.

Sliding Sashes

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your windows installed within 21-28 days. Sliding sashes are a very technical product hence the increase in fit time.

UPVC Panel Doors, Residential Doors & French Doors

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your door/s installed within 10-14 days.

Composite Doors

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your door/s installed within 14-21 days. Composite doors involve a complex manufacturing process and therefore take longer to manufacture.

Sliding Patio Doors

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your doors installed within 14-21 days.

Bi-Fold Doors

A survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your doors installed within 6-8 weeks. Bi-fold doors are still a niche product and are very complicated to manufacture, this increases the installation lead time.

Conservatories

Polycarbonate roof - a survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your conservatory will be installed within 2-3 weeks.

Glass roof - a survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs and your conservatory will be installed within 3-4 weeks.

Conservatories (Where DoubleGlazingOnTheWeb supply the full building work)

An initial survey will be booked and completed within 48hrs, our building department will then arrange the basework which will be completed within 2 weeks. At this point the surveyor may return to check the basework but this will depend on the complexity of the job. The installation of the conservatory should then only take another 7 days. That means the whole project completed within 4-5 weeks. This assumes that the weather conditions do not delay the project and there are no planning issues. Planning can take several months and we suggest you contact your local office.

Brickwork Removal / Alterations

These jobs can often be completed in the normal schedules, however please contact us for exact scheduling.

Special Glass

Special glass of a 'bespoke' nature, may take longer to manufacture, please contact us for the exact availability and installation times.

Curved Frames

Curved, arched heads or special frames will take 15 working days (3 weeks) to manufacture and will be installed as fast as possible.
