Feel Safe With our Fire Escape Hinge
Building regulations require the windows of all habitable rooms to be equipped with fire egress hinges.
This gives them the capacity to be opened wide enough to allow escape in the event of a fire.
If you are worried about children or other vulnerable individuals accidentally swinging a window open too wide, the hinges can be adjusted to require more force to push wide open, or can be equipped with a child restricter.
