Fire Egress Hinges
These are required on ALL side hung casement windows in ALL "Habitable Rooms"
Trickle Vents
These are required:
1. For ALL "New Build" properties, including proposed extensions to a dwelling
2. Where they already exist and the windows are being replaced "Like for Like"
3. Where for example a patio door or french doors are the only opening aperture in a room
4. When "Building Regulations" require some form of permanent ventilation in a room
